Fever, sudden weight loss and cough for two months with loss of appetite all are signs of Tuberculosis. Consult a physician, get an chest x ray, give two early morning sputum samples for CBNAAT with blood investigations CBC,ESR,CRP. Use mask and if there are small children and pregnant women better to avoid contact.

Nice to meet you Ajay in online, I came with some of the conditions with the symptoms above said by you Here are the possible causes: 1.Tuberculosis (TB) – Very common cause in many regions for chronic fever, weight loss, cough. 2.Thyroid issues (Hyperthyroidism) – Can cause weight loss, palpitations, anxiety, appetite changes. 3.Infective Endocarditis – Fever, weight loss, palpitations, fatigue. 4.Cancer (Lymphoma, GI, Lung etc.) – Needs to be ruled out. 5.Chronic Infections (HIV, Hepatitis, etc.) 5.Autoimmune diseases – Such as lupus or sarcoidosis. 6.Gastrointestinal disorders Not to get affraid by seeing the above causes . Just go on with following laboratory tests that finalize the diagnosis of you. CBC with ESR (check for infection/inflammation) Chest X-ray Sputum test (AFB for TB) Thyroid function tests (T3, T4, TSH) HIV, Hepatitis B & C tests Blood cultures Urinalysis Liver and Kidney function tests Ultrasound abdomen ECG & 2D Echo (for heart palpitations) Just consult the near by physician with reports of above tests. Do as early as possible as fever with Weightloss is chronic condition. Thank you, Have a bright future , BE STRONG AND HEALTHY , DONT GET PANIC.
