How can i get rid of this left chest pain too many gas and left arm should pain - #10539

Hello,i got a pain in my arm and my left chest for 2 years i went many cardio test and doctors nothing found they are all said ur fine my stomach is a disaster first endoscopy they said you have a H.pylori then they give me treat its called triple treat with antibiotics and ppi's nothing changed so i went doctor couple months later they said ok u dont have a h.pylori anymore u have gastrit and reflux i tried to eat clean but whenever i do that my stomach gets bad if i eat dirty food like fast food its calming down for a 1 hour then starting to get even worse plus that i have a left arm pain more then pain its like a my arm dont get enough blood if i starve my self 5 6 hours left arm getting worse but if i keep starving my self like 12+ hours the pain is gone also after i workout in gym this left arm pain and left chest pain or more like a squueze getting much lower i went 100 + doctors they all said to me ur fine my blood tests are mostly fine i dont even know what to do how can i get cured if somebody can help me that would be great thank you very much
