Pain swollen lymph nodes - #10519

Bisma

For the past few months I have been experiencing: • Persistent swollen lymph nodes in my neck on both sides (bilateral) • Red painful patch on my tongue that comes and goes • Pain in multiple joints including knee, hip, pelvis and right leg • Pain or discomfort in my armpits and arms • Severe hair fall • Occasional pimples/skin issues My blood tests have shown: • Elevated white blood cell count 11k sometimes 10k or 13k that did not improve with antibiotics • ESR repeat 4 times 80 88 42 8 37 • CRP was 18 about three months ago Peripheral blood smear normal • ultrasound of neck says on left side only hypoechoic 3 solid masses measure 7mm 5mm or 4mm lymph nodes and on right side nodes are present but they didn't mention I currently do not have fever and no clear infection has been identified. Because of these symptoms and abnormal inflammatory markers, I would like to rule out autoimmune or rheumatologic conditions. Could you please guide me on further evaluation and whether these symptoms could be related to any disease?
