Questions about Pediatrics
My son has pfapa and epilepsy
I have a question about my son ever since he was born would get this odd fever around november every year always during the colder weather, then when he was 6 during covid he got really sick could not eat or anything, in and out of hospital, finally got admited, also steroids helped it go away but when he was admited no one listened to me, he was in there 3 days i honestly thought he was gong to die, but then he got diagnosed with pfapa, after that we thought every thing was fine, the following november he had a absent sezuire, we did tests and stuff and said it was a fluck, then he had one in november but this one turned from absent to clonic, i am just wondering if his pfapa diagnosis was wronge and there is something else happening. I ask and i get told no, but as a mother i feel like there is something else, also he has been diagnosed with adhd, and he gets head achs also and when he runs witch he has been tested for ashma and tested negative he gets winded at times. i just want someone that can just look at his case and if you have questions i can answer, i am just wondering if there is something else.
Right side under rib pain for at least a month, any idea?
Female, 15 I’m a bit concerned about this; seeing dr later again but I seem like an idiot and I’m not sure what to say. I have very sharp squeezing like rib pain just under my rib in the area where my gallbladder and liver is I think, It hurts to push on and I was at the drs about 3 weeks ago and I got sent for an ultrasound immediately which was clear. The pain is getting worse especially over the last few days and it comes and goes constantly in these sharp stabs I keep doubling over to. I’m not sure what it could be, I had a blood test too and it was clear. The pain is a lot more sharper and intense than it was before but comes and goes in only short waves. Nothing really provokes it I can find either. Also, dr said last time he didn’t think it was related to muscle at all so I’m a little concerned as there was nothing more done or said but I’m still in pain. Any advice or maybe ideas on what this could be or what my next steps should be?
Is it possible that I'm not pregnant?
I am 16 years old and I’m very worried that I might be pregnant. On February 4th, I had sexual intercourse where the condom broke, but my partner did not ejaculate. Since then, I have had two heavy periods (in February and March), and I also took a home digital pregnancy test in the afternoon, which was negative. Even so, I feel very anxious, and this has caused me to need to urinate very frequently. I would like a doctor to explain medically why, based on this information, it is very unlikely that I am pregnant, and also advise me on what I can do to reduce my anxiety and the physical symptoms I am experiencing. Thank you very much for your help! I really appreciate any guidance you can give me.

I would like to know what meds I can take and I have a 12 year old hand and Im 20 Thx for your help
delayed puberty
my son is 14 years old and a half (turning 15 in august) he didnt hit puberty yet nor showed signs of puberty (aka facial hair, deepened voice, growing taller, etc.) his growth hormone is 103 (reference range is 107-502) he took the testosterone injection 250ml (idk the medical term for this) but he took it on a 3 month course. the doctor said if i gave it all at once he will hit puberty but not grow taller than he already is, so he gave it in dosages. 1st month 50 2nd month 100 3rd month 100. until i contacted another doctor and he said that injecting isnt safe because it will stop the actual hormomne from producing what's vital. but now a 3rd doctor's opinion is : giving the injection wont cayse harm bec my son's orginial scale for testesterone and growth hormonr are REALLY low. so injecting wont stop the actual hormone from producing vise versa it will most probably help the hormonr produce more since it's just a helper in this case we wont fully depend on injecting. so i need help what should i do?
Head circumference
My daughter was born with a head circumference of 32 cm, and at 6 months it is now 41 cm. Is this normal or concerning? She is meeting all developmental milestones and can sit briefly without support, though she leans forward when sitting longer.
3-month-old baby does not lift his head during tummy time
Hello, My baby boy will be 3 months old in five days. When I place him on his tummy, he does not attempt to lift his head at all. Before, he used to move his head from side to side, but now he keeps it mostly turned to one side. When I gently turn his head to the other side, he brings it back to the same side again. I am worried because he is not trying to lift his head during tummy time. Is this normal at this age, or should I be concerned and seek further evaluation? Thank you.
My 10m daughter has eczema.
My 10-month-old daughter has eczema on her leg below the knee in the crease and also on her butt and genitals under the diaper. I applied zinc ointment to it but it's been almost 2 weeks and there's been no significant change.
