No. 186, Bhel, Bhopal, Huzur, Madhya Pradesh, India, 462022, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Platform.

- Medical Information: Any health-related details voluntarily shared with medical practitioners ("Doctors") through the Platform.
- Practitioner Information: Doctors registering on the Platform must provide their name, contact details, professional information, a profile photo, and scanned copies of medical certifications or licenses.
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, and device details collected for security and analytical purposes.
- Communication Data: Messages exchanged between Users and Doctors.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Platform’s services.
- To facilitate communication between Users and Doctors.
- To process payments and manage transactions.
- To verify Doctor credentials to the best of our ability.
- To improve Platform functionality and user experience.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent activities.
- To authenticate user accounts and provide login credentials.
3. Doctor Verification and Disclaimer
- The Company takes reasonable steps to verify the credentials of Doctors, including reviewing submitted documentation such as medical licenses and certifications.
- However, the Company is not responsible for any fraudulent misrepresentation by Doctors, including falsified medical licenses or credentials.
- Doctors are solely responsible for ensuring the legitimacy of their certifications and their right to practice in accordance with Indian law.
- Any Doctor found to have provided false information will be subject to account suspension and potential legal action.
- Users acknowledge that the Platform does not guarantee the authenticity of any Doctor’s qualifications and must use discretion before relying on their advice.
- Any disputes regarding misrepresentation of credentials must be resolved directly between the User and the Doctor, with applicable legal action pursued under the jurisdiction of Indian law.
4. Consent and User Agreement
- When submitting a question, Users must check a box confirming they have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Doctors must also agree to the terms upon registration, confirming the accuracy of their submitted credentials.
- Users and Doctors agree to the collection and processing of their data for the intended purposes by continuing to use the Platform.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
- Data shared with Doctors is used solely for wellness advisory purposes and is not shared or any unrelated marketing activities.
- We may disclose data if required by law or in response to legal processes (e.g., government investigations)
- Third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors) may access necessary information to facilitate transactions, but they are required to maintain confidentiality and security of the data.
6. Data Security
- We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
- However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- We ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

- The Company retains a commission before transferring the remaining amount to Doctors.
- We do not store full payment details; payment processing is managed by third-party providers that are compliant with relevant financial regulations.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.
11. International Data Transfers
As we plan to expand globally, user data may be stored or processed outside India, in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the DPDPA and international privacy frameworks.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
