What couse test problem
Hello, I would like your guidance regarding the current condition of my testicles. My symptoms are as follows: Both testicles are swollen, and the swelling has gradually increased over several months. The epididymis and the upper part of the spermatic cord are the most affected areas. One testicle is longer than the other. The swelling and heaviness are worse in the morning. Occasional infections occur, with symptoms such as painful urination. I am concerned that the swelling may affect testicular function or fertility. Questions I would like your guidance on: What is the most likely condition causing these symptoms? Do I need specific tests such as a scrotal ultrasound with Doppler or urinalysis/STI screening? Does my condition require urgent treatment or surgery? What home measures can I take while waiting for your evaluation? Thank you for your time and advice

Question about detrusor sphincter dyssynergia and uroflowmetry?
Hello. 24 male. I would like to know how to treat detrusor sphincter dyssynergia? Pills (such as omnic) prescribed by my doctor do not help. I have frequent urination (about 13 times a day) and a feeling of incomplete emptying of the bladder after urination (I go to the toilet several times in a row). I would also like to know if 500 ml of urine is enough according to the results of uroflowmetry for an accurate diagnosis, or is it too much?
