I was getting form in urine from last 3 months ...getting heavy bleeding with very dark spots and getting smell Last week I take blood test in that reports I got mild leukemia and my WBC count is 3450 is there any problem with this???

Hi Aruna, Foamy urine, heavy bleeding, and a WBC count of 3450 suggest possible kidney issues (like proteinuria) or hematological disorders (such as leukemia). 1. Consult a hematologist for further evaluation of the mild leukemia. 2. Urine test to confirm proteinuria and check for infection or kidney issues. 3. Pelvic ultrasound to investigate the cause of bleeding. 4. Complete blood count (CBC) and kidney function tests for a clearer diagnosis. Immediate follow-up is crucial for proper treatment.

Since last year I have been registering blood with my urine. I underwent different test but nothing was detected as such. But prior to this problem, I have vitamin d deficiency and started taking nano shots but I clearly remember I overdozed myself with it and then followed hematuria but all is fine. No grave issue was detected by ultrasound and other tests.

Overdosing on vitamin D can sometimes lead to kidney issues, which may contribute to hematuria Consult your healthcare provider to ensure your vitamin D levels are balanced and to monitor for any possible long-term effects.

i have recently kidney transplant but my urine flow is slow if i drink 6litters of water my output is 4 only any explanation about my poroblem or its normal only pls explain it and my maild id is sappidisai1998@gmail.com

I need few more information. Time since surgery, RFT reports. If your RFT is normal then you should have input=output+700ml fluid intake. Even after your transplant you should record input and output of fluid and continue your immunosuppressants Medicines. Have regular follow up with your surgeon.

Back pain can be due to multiple causes..Pain due to kidney/ureteric stones usually radiates from back to front(loin to groin type of pain) where as lumbar disc related pain usually radiates to thigh, legs or buttock region. Avoid lifting weights, prolonged sitting , spring bed while sleeping.Drink more fluids for disc hydration, go for a regular walk, control weight, check you thyroid and diabetic status.
