My current PCP wrote me an order for this procedure, but did not state contrast. This is the 3rd time she has made a mistake with my care. I need this done ASAP so I can return home to the Philippines. Please help.

Worried about late or slow puberty at age 16

I'm a 16-year-old male. Over the past 5 years, I've only grown 7 cm. I have mild facial hair and pubic hair, but my testes are small (4 cm and 3.25 cm). LH is 4.13 mIU/mL, FSH 4.80 mIU/mL, and total testosterone 3.74 ng/mL. My thyroid function is normal except for mildly elevated T4 (140). Vitamin D is 42, and BMI is 19. Bone age based on hand/wrist X-ray is estimated between 13 and 14 years; epiphyseal plates are still open but possibly starting to close. Puberty started around 1.5 to 2 years ago. No clear family history of delayed puberty. I'm concerned about possible delayed or partial puberty. What do you suggest?
