Severe B12 deficiency and malabsorption, tablets and injections do not work. Autoimmune test normal/negative. Suspect SIBO and/or parasitic causes. Seeking help. Symptoms include serious neurological dysfunction. Major cognitive issues throughout the day. Unable to eat, drink properly without serious neuropathic pain, Unable to sleep barely.
