I want to prevent pre-ejaculate from leaking from my penis during everyday activities (in case of sexual arousal). What options do I have? Could I use a condom and pull it completely over my testicles, or is there a better way to attach the condom to a non-erect penis? It's important that as little semen or urine as possible leaks to avoid staining my underwear, but without having to buy new, special underwear. I need a solution that is only on the penis.
