Hello, I am a 47 year old male with a cystain-c of 0.89, Uacr of 41, egfr of 96. I carry a muscular physic but also have moderate high LDL of 116 and high triglycerides 350 down from 700 a year ago after quitting alcohol and taking krill oll. My BP is a roller coaster resting is usually at 140/85-89. My diet has been high protein and high red meat for many years which I'm changing up. My kidney lab work is making me nervous I'm heading for CKD. Any help would be appreciated.
