Hi! I am a circumcised male. However, when I'm erect, it's impossible to go through a downward motion. The skin near the base of the head is super tight and immediately tears. This has been a problem with all forms of sex - oral/penetrative because the moment someone pulls down on my penis, it tears and hurts a lot. Not sure what to do.
