Lump in neck
I am a 20-year-old female. I have noticed a small lump, about the size of a pea, in my lateral cervical lymph nodes, located fairly far behind my ear. It is somewhat soft and painless. I have also been having a cold recently, with chills and a sore throat. When I press the lump, I feel a sensation of ear blockage in the nearby ear. I have read that painless lumps can sometimes be concerning, and I would like to know whether, based on this description, it appears to be benign or if it requires further evaluation.

Under tongue irritation and sore area on lingual frenulum
Hello. I am a 23-year-old male. I am generally healthy. I do not smoke, and I rarely consume alcohol (mostly beer, a few times per month). On November 23, I noticed irritation, redness, and pain under the lingual frenulum (the tissue connecting the tongue to the floor of the mouth). The pain was especially noticeable when moving my tongue. Over the following few days, several whitish, pus-like areas appeared on this region, which I initially thought were aphthous ulcers. Within about one week, the affected area seemed to decrease in size, and the pain with tongue movement also slightly improved. However, as of December 23, I have started to experience general fatigue. I exercise regularly, but I am now noticing increased muscle soreness compared to usual. Additionally, I have observed color changes not only on the frenulum itself but also in the area just above it. There are also whitish areas on the lower lateral sides of the frenulum and small pimple-like spots along the lower edge of my tongue. I am concerned about the possibility of a serious underlying condition. I would appreciate a scientific/medical evaluation of this situation. I have uploaded three photographs showing the progression of the condition.

40F Right-ear tinnitus + hearing loss — ENT says due to blood flow issue. Is this accurate?
Hi, I’m 40F. For about 2 months I’ve had constant ringing in my right ear, blocked feeling, and mild hearing loss. Also experiencing occasional headaches. I once had facial palsy years ago, so I get anxious about ear/nerve issues. ENT did tympanometry + audiogram and said a blood vessel might not be supplying my inner ear properly. I’m attaching all reports/images. Before I panic, I really want to know: Does this diagnosis make sense based on the results? Is this typically reversible with treatment? Should I ask for any additional tests (like MRI/MRA or Doppler) or wait to see if it improves? Very worried and want to make sure we’re on the right track. Any quick guidance appreciated 🙏
How do I stop this
I was cured of TB three years ago. So one day I went and offloaded heavy goods, carrying them both on Head and my shoulders. Two days later during a cold night, I woke up and sneezed out blood filled phlegm. When I draw the phlegm from my nose to my mouth and spit it out, there is blood, but when I cough through my throat there is no blood. Today is third day and the blood since yesterday is thick and dark. Please help

i am having an ear blockage on my right, itd worst when i take a bath, it feels like theres a lot of water in my ear or it feel like an ear plug. i inititally thought it was water and i tried every water drsining technique i know. i know i shouldnt have but i put an ear board into it and i brought out some very thick dirty wax and it got cleared and i could hear well. but it seems its back again and blocked.

Iam 47 year old , actually I have symptoms like recurrent nose bleed from my left nose and also mild headache on same side (after 2- 3 day gap) since October 2024 Amount of blood during nose bleed is about sometime 3-4 drops and sometimes 5ml. I have consulted to a Dr. And they advised me for nasal endoscopy....then I was diagnosed with DNS . So can you please tell me If the cause of nose bleed and headache is DNS or something else Also I am having pain on my shoulders dr. told me that I am suspected with cervical spondylitis So please let me know what to do
