Nostril issue

I feel something stuck in my either of Nostril On the use of saline it gets resolved 80-90% but it come back after 6-8 hours Facing this from one month It doesn't developed gradually it just came suddenly when i was lying on my bed one day it just came in 3-4 seconds like before that i never felt any problem related to my nose in my life but just after those few 4 seconds this issue started having no other symptom Also i have doubt that it may have a connection with fast breathing exercise which i did very fast When i went to my physical doctor he checked my nose through torch and said that my inner bone is diverted maybe but Even though i have DNS it can not be a sole reason for my problem because since my child hood i never had any problem related to nose due to god grace. And i know that dns can be developed gradually even though In my case it didn't devloped gradually It happened in 3-4 seconds like before those seconds i didn't have any problem But after 4 seconds when i was lying on my bed it started very suddenly there for dont you think it can be due to my fast breathing exercise which i did very fast i literally inhale and exhale 3 times in a second it was that much fast so therefor my concern is that even if i have dns it is not a sole reason/factor for my problem i may have inner injury due to fast breathing or something please diagnose it

Probable cause can be : 1) Rhinitis 2) DNS 3) turbinate hypertrophy 4) polyps work up: X-ray PNS Follow up with the report.

Good afternoon, Zoya. Thanks for sharing everything so clearly. I understand how frustrating it must be to deal with recurring allergies and now also see your hair turning white at such a young age. Let me explain everything in a gentle, step-by-step way and give you a plan to help you feel better. **Your Current Health Situation (As You’ve Described):** 1. You have **recurrent allergies**—sometimes it’s your nose, sometimes your throat. 2. The medicines help temporarily, but the allergy symptoms come back after stopping. 3. You’ve noticed **6–7 white hairs**, and that’s naturally making you feel worried. 4. You’re only 23, and you don’t have any known chronic illness. **Understanding What’s Happening:** - **Allergies:** They can be seasonal, environmental (dust, perfume, pollen), or even triggered by weather changes. If your allergy keeps switching between nose and throat, it might be **allergic rhinitis** or **post-nasal drip** that keeps moving around. - **White Hair (Premature Greying):** This can happen due to: - Stress (even if you don’t feel it mentally, the body can feel it) - Vitamin deficiencies (especially **Vitamin B12, D3, Iron**) - Genetics (if your parents or siblings had early greying) - Lifestyle (sleep, food, pollution) --- ### **What You Can Do:** #### **1. For Your Allergy:** - **Stay hydrated** – drink warm water regularly - **Use saline nasal spray** morning and night - **Avoid triggers** – like dust, perfume, incense sticks, or strong-smelling cleaning products - **Steam inhalation** – 5 minutes daily helps keep your nose/throat clear - If it keeps coming back, ask your doctor about a **long-term anti-allergic plan** or **allergy testing** #### **2. For Your Hair:** - Get blood tests done to check: - Vitamin B12 - Vitamin D3 - Iron and Ferritin - Thyroid Profile (sometimes thyroid issues can lead to early greying) - Start on these safe supplements after doctor consultation: - **Biotin + Zinc supplement** once daily - **B-Complex tablet** once daily for 2 months - Apply natural oils like **onion oil** or **bhringraj oil** 2–3 times a week - Avoid harsh shampoos, regular heat styling, or chemical treatments --- ### **Bonus Tips:** - Add **amla juice** (Indian gooseberry) or **amla powder** in your diet 3–4 times a week - Eat soaked almonds, walnuts, and a handful of pumpkin seeds daily - Try to sleep 7–8 hours every night, as your body heals and balances hormones during rest **When to See a Doctor Again:** - If your allergies affect your breathing or voice - If hair fall starts along with whitening - If you feel fatigue, dizziness, or mood swings (may indicate vitamin imbalance) You're young, Zoya, and this is all manageable with a bit of consistent care. You’re doing the right thing by asking questions and caring for your health. Do follow up . Dr Shayeque Reza MD 980028027
