Hello, I am an 17-year-old male. Recently, I have been experiencing erection problems. I masturbate about three times a week and do not think I overdo it. However, after ejaculation, it takes around 3–4 days for my erections to return. During this time, I do not have morning erections and do not respond to sexual stimulation. I sleep well and eat a healthy diet, but I do very little exercise. I would like to know if this is normal or something I should be concerned about.
