How to treat chronic cough. - #10629
A 6-year-old boy has been suffering from a chronic cough since November 2025. He had his tonsils and adenoids removed before the beginning of the cough. He also had grommets placed in his ears. ENT mentioned that the child's oesophagus or throat had been partly corroded by cough relief medicines. Currently, everything has been attempted; antibiotics like Amoxicillin and Azithromycin have been administered. Tests have been taken, and there have been no conclusive results thus far. What could potentially be the reason for this cough? What can be done to at least try to treat it?
