Very uncomfortable tingling at bed - #10582
Good day, I've been having a weried feeling when I relax/geting ready to sleep, when I lay down and either the ac is on or fan I get a very uncomfortable tingling feeling mainly in my left leg but sometimes my arms, its almost like a chilly wrap ( if that makes sense), it eases up only when I get out of bed and walk around
