Painful burning sensation in the inner thighs - #10572

I usually experience an uncomfortable burning sensation on my inner thighs, especially when my scrotum rub on the thighs. I get a bit of relief if I apply Ytakan cream. But it wears off by evening. I need a permanent solution.
