calm my nerves, what am i feeling - #10591

for almost 2 years now its believed i have ibs, i feel heavy a lot in lower left and right of my stomach, passings are typically brown with either yellow or green tints to it, but every time i feel the lower left inflate my mind does what it does best and worries worst case. am i just feeling build up. sometimes its there sometimes is gone. but while also having fat pockets and strings all over my stomach (i use to be very fat) it just feeds my worry.
