I have a small issue in penis inside on the left side there is a small round nd colour is chenged and the cover layer skin have so many dots like rashes is that kind of funges or any other problems I've try to keep dry as much as possible 1 week a go it's likke little bit iritatin and a small swelling now it's gone no iritatin buthe symptoms are still there
