Pain in knee and hip - #10518

Bisma

I am 18 For the past few months I have been experiencing: • Persistent swollen lymph nodes in my neck on both sides (bilateral) • Red painful patch on my tongue that comes and goes • Pain in multiple joints including knee, hip, pelvis and right leg • Pain or discomfort in my armpits and arms • Significant fatigue • Severe hair fall • Occasional pimples/skin issues My blood tests have shown: • Elevated white blood cell count 11k but peripheral blood smear normal that did not improve with antibiotics • ESR repeat several times in 3months start from 80 then 88 then 42 then 8 then 37 • CRP was 18 about three months ago I currently do not have fever and no clear infection has been identified. Because of these symptoms and abnormal inflammatory markers, I would like to rule out autoimmune or rheumatologic conditions. Could you please guide me on further evaluation and whether these symptoms could be related to an autoimmune disorder or any other disease ? Thank you.
