السلام عليكم، لدي مشكلة في جفني الأيسر: ألاحظ فرقًا بين الجفن الأيسر والأيمن حوالي3-5 ملم عند الوضع الطبيعي. عند فتح العينين لأقصى حد، يصبح الاتساع متساوي تقريبًا. أعاني من شعور بالجهد في العين المصابة، وأجد حاجبي 1–2 ملم مرفوعًا قليلًا لتعويض الفرق. الفرق ثابت منذ حوالي سنتين ولم يزداد، ولا يؤثر على الرؤية. أريد تقييم طبي لمعرفة إذا كان هناك ارتخاء عضلي يحتاج علاجًا، وما هو الحل الأمثل في حالتي. أرجو تزويدي برأي طبي واضح، وإذا كان يمكن إصلاحه، ماهي الخيارات الآمنة والفعالة.
