Hpv and leep - #10395

Lila

Hello Doctor, I would like a second opinion regarding my cervical results. About 3–4 months ago, I had a LEEP for HSIL / CIN3. Margins were clear, no invasive disease. Follow-up tests 1 week ago: HPV mRNA: Negative for high-risk types (including HPV16, 18/45) Pap smear: Normal / NILM Recent biopsy from the endocervical/glandular area shows CIN1. Colposcopy revealed a small acetowhite area. I do not plan to have children, so fertility is not an issue. My concern is: Is a second, deeper LEEP necessary? Or is close observation / follow-up safe? What is the risk of needing repeated procedures if CIN1 appears again? Thank you for your guidance.
