Hi Divyansh, it sounds like your baby is experiencing several issues: 1. For Stool Passage: • Increase fiber intake: Offer fruits like bananas, apples, or pears, and vegetables like spinach or carrots. • Hydration: Make sure your baby is drinking plenty of water. • Prune juice: A small amount of prune juice can help relieve constipation. • Gentle tummy massage: Massaging the tummy in a circular motion can help stimulate bowel movements. 2. Cough and Cold: Since your baby had bronchopneumonia recently, consult your pediatrician for appropriate treatment. They might recommend humidifiers, saline nasal drops, or cough syrup based on the severity. 3. Mother’s Milk: If your baby refuses breast milk, try expressing it and giving it in a bottle, or consult a lactation expert for guidance. Make sure to consult your pediatrician for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan, especially given the recent history of bronchopneumonia.

Hi . Your baby is of 4 months age and seems to be having a mild cold and cough. So his milk intake seems to have decreased. That's the reason Baby is not passing urine well. Kindly consult a nearby pediatricrian and treat the cough and cold. If milk intake improves baby will pass urine well . If decreased urine persists consult immediately.

If your baby is 4 months old Dont panic as babies less than 2 years of age have a developing digestive system and moreover the predominant diet is only milk. Baby may pass stool less frequently may be after 4-5 days it’s completely normal. Feed your child more frequently i.e. atleast every 2 hourly waking him/her up and feed (breastfeeding recommended) till your child is full. But if you genuinely need some medication You can try NEOTINIC Enema- it is applied from where the child passes stool. Drop Gastica 0.5ml three times a day For cold and cough problem Put Drop Otrivin Baby Nasal drops 2 drop both nose every 2 hourly. Hope it solves your query Thank you
