How to reduce acanthosis nigricans - #9847

Even after controlled glucose and insulin level and controlled fsh and lh why I'm getting acanthosis nigricans I'm losing weight and i lose nearly 5 kg still it's not gone properly... Why!? Tell me the root cause please

Eucerin Roughness Relief Cream – Contains 10% 

Apply once or twice daily on clean, dry skin.
