I fell.bloated and gas every day and I have irritatoin on my throat sometimes it's fell like choking and sore throat and burp alot what is the cause last year I have errorsive gastric I have take so many medicine but can not recover from.this symptoms

As you mentioned you had erosive gastritis last year, my honest opinion is you should go for Endoscopic evaluation along with some piece of food pipe taken for pathological examination and also H Pylori disease. More or less everything is related to what you put inside your digestive system. Avoid oily and spicy food Less salt intake Plenty of water and fibres Green leafy vegetables and lot of salads If dairy items are troublesome avoid at any cost Timely meals Daily 40-45 minutes strenuous activity will definitely work Hope it solves your query Thank you

Breakfast 1. Poha/Upma/2-3 idlis Home made paranthas are also fine 1-2 a week Drink plenty of fluids If dairy product is not an issue High protein milk (mother dairy is recommended) you can put coffee sometimes but avoid tea Avoid breads Avoid high sugar diet at the start of the day For lunch Dal/Paneer/Green leafy vegetables/Soya/Gajar sabji/once a week Rajma or chole Can take Kadhi is besan is rich in iron and can take bhindi sometimes less oil preparation Chapati or Rice Mandatory salad Dahi Evening snack Besan chilla/Sometimes sooji based pasta/Makhanas Milk (again protein milk if possible) Dinner Dal/Paneer If non vegetarian diet - roasted chicken fish with minimum oil preparation Green vegetables (ghiya/tinda/tori) once or twice a week Salads Drink plenty of water throughout the day Keep in mind protein should be adequate in your diet Tofu or soya is a good alternative to paneer Thank you
