Hello Gaurav . You symptoms shows you must be having Allergic rhinitis. You can have take paracetamol 650 1 tablet 2-3 times a day  after meal for 3 days. Take one antibiotic for sore throat like azithromycin 500 1 tablet after dinner for 5 days. take levocetrizine 10 mg before bed for 5 days. Take pan40 before breakfast for 3 days. This treatment will be have for you to treat. If doesn’t improve don’t hesitate to contact me. Thank you
