eyes problem - #9669

“Doctor, during the day or in good light, I can see everything clearly and my eyes don’t hurt or feel uncomfortable. But at night or in dim light, my vision gets blurry or unclear. Sometimes my eyes also feel itchy or a bit dry. I just wanted to check if this could be something serious or if it’s related to weak eyesight or dryness.”

Hi Golu, your symptoms could be related to dry eyes or night myopia (difficulty seeing in dim light). Dryness and itching often occur with prolonged screen time or environmental factors. It’s also possible that weak eyesight is contributing. I recommend seeing an eye doctor for a proper examination to rule out any serious issues and get appropriate treatment, such as lubricating eye drops for dryness or corrective lenses if needed.

Hi Golu, as you are complaining of blur vision at night and dry eyes sometimes, this could be due to many factors. 1. Might happen due to opacity in the periphery of eye media 2. Vitamin deficiency 3. Hereditary diseases. In order to arrive at a conclusion you need to be checked thorough eye examination and detail history. Meanwhile, you can put lubricant eye drops like CMC four times a day.
