Your history is incomplete, but according to your history looks like tennis elbow given your diabetes history. Do you have any pain on extension of the wrist ?? For now take zerodol SP for pain and use tennis elbow brace while working. If doesn't subside get physiotherapy three sitting. If you have any neck pain with radiation to forearm the treatment differs so give history properly

Elbow Pain radiating to the wrist , could be some nerve compression. Did you had any injury or history of lifting heavy weights? First get an xray AP and Lateral view of elbow done. Start medications - Tab Zerodol SP twice daily Tab pan 40 once once daily If still not relieved, may need further investigations

Hi, From your symptoms—sharp pain in the elbow radiating to the wrist, and difficulty lifting weight—it appears to be a case of tendinitis (likely tennis elbow) or possibly a nerve compression at the elbow or neck. At this stage, I’d recommend the following: • Rest the affected arm completely—avoid lifting or repetitive activities. • Apply ice packs to the elbow for 15–20 minutes, 3–4 times a day. • If available, use a tennis elbow strap during the day for support. • You may take Tab Zerodol SP twice daily for pain relief, along with Tab Pan 40 once daily before food to protect the stomach, provided there are no contraindications and you tolerate them well. • If the pain persists beyond 5–7 days, or worsens, we should consider getting an X-ray of the elbow (AP and lateral views).
