Hello With regards to your concern Heart burn is symptom of reflux esophageal inflammation. Kindly use pantop D tablet on regular basis in empty stomach. Get your endoscopy done for better localisation of the pathology.

Hi Meda, your symptoms suggest GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease). The heaviness and cold sensations may be side effects of the medication or stress. Recommendations: • Continue Sufragil O Gel after meals. • Take a PPI (Pantoprazole 40 mg) once daily on an empty stomach in the morning for better acid control. • Avoid spicy, fatty, and large meals. • Monitor for worsening symptoms like chest pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. With proper treatment and lifestyle changes, this condition is manageable. Please follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.

Your symptoms suggest acid reflux (GERD), especially since Aciloc helped earlier and you're now using Sufragil-O Gel. The cold sensation and heavy head may be due to reflux-related discomfort or mild side effects. Not dangerous, and usually treatable with medication and diet changes. Advice: 1. Continue Sufragil-O Gel after meals 2. Consider adding a PPI like Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast 3. Avoid spicy, oily food, tea/coffee, and late meals 4. If no relief in 5 days, do: - Upper GI endoscopy - ECG(if chest pain) - Basic blood tests You should recover well with proper treatment. Dr Aman Shaba Consultant Psychiatrist

It is likely severe acid reflux (GERD), which is not dangerous if treated early and can be completely controlled. Visit a gastroenterologist soon for proper evaluation and management.
