hi was washing clothes when my tshirt got wet i was thinking that's the reason why but i feel pain in my left and right middle are lower near where it hurts when u have menstruation but i dont have menstruation and im definitely not pregnant no sexual interaction too with anyone the pain is on and off i drink pain reliever mefenamic it was mildly but not totally effective i can still feel it. the pain is not squeezing it's sudden and sharp
