How to cure my numb arm - #8754

I was sleeping on my stomach as i usually do but my left arm was under me i couldn't move because my cat was sleeping on my back so now my arm is numb like very little it goes numb like this but it gets better after some time but now it is not getting better and also iam fasting so what should i do

Numbness of your arm in that situation was due to nerve compression. Nerve that provides sensations and grip to move that hand was compressed due to pressure and didn’t receive adequate blood supply for certain period of time . So your hand became numb and it spontaneously resolves . In case numbness happens to you very frequently and if it specially happens without any compressive pressure - we need to workup for various causes of neuropathy . If you are vegetarian, vitamin b12 deficiency is one common cause for neuropathy
