Hi! I worked a shift between 10am-7pm today. During my last hours of work (home office) it started hurting around my chest area, needle like pain, with shortness of breathe, the pain goes like a wave down to my stomach area, my heart is pounding, but its slow. I have orthostatic hypotension and asthma, what shall I do? Is this something serious, like I should call an ambulance or should I just let it pass by?
