Objet Request for Free Medical Advice – Chronic Hip Pain - #10179

Abdellatif

Dear Doctor, My name is ABIDA Abdellatif, I am 61 years old, retired due to disability, and living with very limited financial resources. I am respectfully requesting free humanitarian medical advice, as I cannot afford private consultations or expensive tests. Medical history: Right proximal femur fracture in 2007, treated surgically with screws. In 2009, during a second surgery, one screw broke, leaving a fragment inside the hip (confirmed by X-ray and report). Later X-rays show hip osteoarthritis (coxarthrosis). Current symptoms: Severe right hip pain radiating to the leg Pain when standing from sitting Very painful first minutes of walking Limited walking distance A short 3-day course of oral corticosteroids helped, but caused side effects. Medical conditions: High blood pressure High cholesterol Coronary artery disease with three stents Current medications (stable 3 years): Aspirin (Ascardil 75 mg daily) Coversyl 5/5 mg daily Simvastatin (Simvacol 40 mg daily) I cannot take most painkillers or anti-inflammatory drugs due to heart condition and aspirin. I do not request hospitalization or expensive tests, only a safe pain-relief recommendation to help me walk and move, compatible with my heart condition. I can provide X-rays and medical reports if needed. Thank you very much for your time and kindness. With sincere respect, ABIDA Abdellatif 📞 +212 6 70 92 16 48 📧 az.abdellatif32@gmail.com
