I do boxing, and since August 1st I started losing weight for the category, I haven't eaten bread, sweets, fatty things. I haven't eaten so much food, I used to skip meals, for a while, last summer I started having some strong stomach cramps, after they got worse they started to sting badly all over my stomach and I started feeling sick and sometimes I spit up blood, not a lot, sometimes combined with saliva or sometimes it doesn't combine with saliva at all. When I pooped once I don't know if it seemed to me that it was black and once (I'm sure of that) it came out brown but with some black balls on it
