I have weird chest pains through the day mainly at night - #10161

I have chest pain in the centre of my chest mainly and then sometimes on the left side it’s a sharp stabbing, stitch like pain i got told it could be acid reflux and got prescribed peptic but it does nothing and i’m just wondering what it could be, im 22 years old with severe health anxiety so things like this trouble me.
