Disc bulge L5S1 & Posterior intact - #10079

Ashok

have an L5-S1 disc bulge, with posterior structures intact (likely meaning no major rupture or spinal instability). It's been ongoing for over a year. I’ve seen multiple doctors and followed standard treatments: Medications Physiotherapy — but it made your pain worse. Ayurvedic Panchakarma — helped temporarily, but now the pain is back and worse. My work a desk job and can’t sit comfortably anymore, which affects your daily function.

Age: 35
Chronic illnesses: Low back pain, L5S1 disc bulge
Lower back pain
