1) Tab Nexpro RD 40
    1 tab before breakfast once daily for 4 weeks 
2) Tab Librax 
    1 tab 30-60 min lunch and dinner for 2 weeks
3) Cap. Ocid Sr 
    1 cap at bedtime whenever needed ( sos ) 
4) continue digene as neeed
5) Tab norip 10 
   1 tab at bed time for 10 days

• avoid spicy foods

Investigation:

1) CBC
2) Upper GI Endoscopy 
3) Stool antigen test for h pylori 
4) USG abdomen
