Vitamin b12 levels - #9282

Hello doctor . So my vit b12 level was very low it is very less than 83 . My peripheral smear is normacytic normpchromic . So , i don't want to have im injection . I took supplements of organic Himalayan which contains 2.2 vit b12 daily and I took 2 tablets daily is this enough for increasing the levels
