Hi Sheri , Your symptoms—irregular periods, acne, and weight gain despite healthy habits—suggest hormonal imbalance, possibly PCOS or thyroid issues. Please consult a gynecologist or endocrinologist for the following investigations: 1. TSH, T3, T4 (Thyroid function tests) 2. Prolactin levels 3. LH/FSH ratio 4. Testosterone (androgens) 5. USG Pelvic Organ (to check for PCOS or other abnormalities) 6. Random Blood Sugar (RBS) (to rule out diabetes) Continue with your healthy diet and include regular exercise like Surya Namaskar and strength training to balance hormones. Here’s a simple plan: 1. Brisk Walk: 30-45 minutes daily. 2. Yoga: • Surya Namaskar: 10-12 rounds. 3. Strength Training: 20-30 minutes, 3 times a week (squats, lunges, push-ups). Once the root cause is identified, targeted treatment will be more effective.
