Focus on a whole-foods diet rich in cruciferous vegetables (like broccoli, kale), healthy fats (like flaxseeds, avocado), and magnesium-rich foods while reducing sugar, refined carbs, and stress through daily movement, proper sleep, and mindfulness practices. Consult an endocrinologist or gynecologist for hormone testing to guide safe, natural correction.
