I'm a 17 year old female. My blood pressure stays low. around 109/45. Why is my diastole so low? I drink around 2 Liters of water per day. Medical History : 1) Had ASD defect. Underwent open heart surgery. 2) hemoglobin levels were 9.8. now its 12.8
