I feel persistently and intensely fatigued, even after rest or sleep. 2. I often have widespread headaches without a clear cause. 3. I experience ongoing muscle and joint pain unrelated to physical activity. 4. My face shows redness with active red patches, especially after sun exposure. 5. I am highly sensitive to noise, which often leads to sensory overload. 6. I struggle to concentrate and suffer from memory lapses and mental fog. 7. I sleep a lot but still wake up feeling mentally numb and extremely weak. 8. I seem to lose weight or feel thinner when I don’t sleep well. 9. I sometimes feel irritable, emotionally off, or mentally disconnected.
