High suagr level after taking insulin - #9907

My father is a typer 2 diabetic patient and having medicinewas taking medicine Volga r twice a day,euclide and linares once a day but due to no sugar control meditation changed to Volga r thrice a day,euclide xr twice a day,linares once a day and as suagr was not maintained by this as sugar was coming 250 fasting,320 pp ,meditation changed again but this time with insulin add on my doctor suggested me to take insuline of 10 units before breakfast and 8 units before lunch,but with the fear that this much dosage will lead to rapid low sugar levels I inject 10 unit at breakfast and 8 units at evening but not got the result as suagr was 338 after lunch,so what should I do now,should I give him as directed by dr but it can lead to low sugar as 2 dosage within 4 hours,so what should I do?or is there any need to change medicines?also last month dur to inflammation In pancreas dr given us 1 month meditation of creon 25000 but 5 days before as results of lipase and amylase was within range he told us to stop medicine creon 25000
