i have recently kidney transplant but my urine flow is slow if i drink 6litters of water my output is 4 only any explanation about my poroblem or its normal only pls explain it and my maild id is sappidisai1998@gmail.com

I need few more information.
Time since surgery, RFT reports. If your RFT is normal then you should have input=output+700ml fluid intake.
Even after your transplant you should record input and output of fluid and continue your immunosuppressants Medicines. Have regular follow up with your surgeon.

Okay. It's better For the post renal transplantation.
Restrict fluid intake according to your output. 
Input=output+700ml
Keep regular follow up with your urologist, nephrologist.
Have a healthy life.

You should Take fluids according to your urine output with extra 700ml for other losses.
Like if your urine output is 2000ml in 24 hrs, then you should take approx 2000+700 ml fluid/liquid/water.
