Hi Vinitha, to reduce your body weight and regulate your menstrual cycle, here’s a plan: 1. Balanced Diet: Focus on a calorie deficit with healthy foods like vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and fruits. Reduce processed foods, sugary drinks, and fried snacks. Control portion sizes. 2. Regular Exercise: Combine cardio (running, cycling, swimming) with strength training (weightlifting, bodyweight exercises) to burn fat and build muscle. Aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise, 4-5 times a week. 3. Hydration: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, which also supports metabolism and digestion. 4. Sleep: Ensure 7-8 hours of quality sleep every night. Poor sleep can disrupt hormones and lead to weight gain. 5. Manage Stress: High stress can impact hormones and lead to weight gain, so incorporate relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises. 6. PCOD/PCOS: If your irregular periods are related to PCOD/PCOS, managing weight through diet and exercise can help regulate your cycles. Consult a gynecologist for personalized advice. 7. Monitor Progress: Track your food intake, exercise, and weight regularly. Small, consistent changes lead to long-term results. With consistent effort in these areas, you should see improvement in both weight and menstrual health.

Thanks for consulting vinitha, I came across the complaints you mentioned above : first of all don't get worry about the conditions you had because, these kind of symptoms like weight gain , irregular menses are common now a days, so don't get worry and follow some changes in your daily life style like taking more nutritious food with balance like including all nutrients like: carbs, protein, fiber, you better to take daily one carrot and one beetroot medium sized because iron deficiency may also leads to irregular menses. Follow some yoga , meditation, exercise focus on leg exercises which stimulates hormones that leads menses. If you tried these before,I just recommend you to consult a near by gynecologist who may give treatment to condition that your are suffering . Just reply me whether there any similar complaints before in your family. Thankyou vinitha , Have a bright 🌞 future, Be strong and healthy.
