Do you have any history of allergy ? 
Is the cough dry or productive ? 

Get basic tests done like chest xray p/a view, CBC, esr, serum IG E 

For now start medications - 
Tab Montair lc once daily at night 
SYP cheston plus 10 ml thrice daily 
Alex loranges thrice daily
