On medication since 5 day but very less relief I feel constipated My medicine are normaxin tablet 1-0-1 Lactihep syrup0-0-1 Enteriogermina 0-1-0 Did sonography all is normal Should I do other test as yet I have bad pain most of tume

Investigations:

1) Stool test (routine + occult blood + ova/cyst)
2) Blood tests (CBC, CRP, ESR – to rule out infection/inflammation)
3) Celiac screen (anti-tTG antibodies) if chronic pain, bloating, poor weight gain
4) X-ray abdomen – To check for fecal loading if constipation is severe
