Hi Vijay ji, the symptoms you’re describing—numbness in legs and fingers, difficulty walking, pain after sitting, and sensation changes—could be related to nerve compression or neuropathy, possibly due to age-related spine issues or diabetes (even if undiagnosed). Given your age and asthmatic history, it’s important to consult a neurologist soon. They may recommend tests like MRI of the spine, nerve conduction studies, and blood tests to check for vitamin B12 deficiency or diabetes. In the meantime: • Avoid sitting too long in one position • Gentle leg stretches may help • Keep feet warm and protected Please don’t delay medical evaluation, as early treatment can prevent worsening.
