I'm 3 months pregnant and started bleeding and spotting as the doctor has prescrihed me a injection and medicine the bleeding become light but still spotting is continue what I have to I'm really scared about my baby my baby is fine or not

Hello Yamini, I understand you must be very stressed because of this. Spotting or bleeding during early gestation is a pretty common phenomenon and you do not need to worry until you have been completely evaluated. The bleeding can occur in case of any trauma to the abdomen or perineal region, heavy weight lifting, intercourse, infection, retroplacental clot. The injections and medicines prescribed by the doctor is most probably Progesterone which will support your pregnancy. I would suggest you to get an Obstetric Ultrasound done to identify the cause of the bleeding and to confirm the fetal well being. Further take adequate rest with high protein diet and refrain from the above mentioned activities till atleast 20 weeks of gestation. Regular follow up at a proper Gynaecologist will help you in the pregnancy. Hope this helps. Take care!
