I am experiencing gastric issues, acidity, indigestion, bloating, and a feeling of fullness in my stomach. These problems also occur after sexual activity. My first stool is always loose, and after eating, I feel the urge to use the toilet. Additionally, when I lift heavy objects such as a water bucket or a bag, I feel pressure and have to go to the toilet.
