Frequent acne breakouts - #9198

I have been getting acne breakouts a lot more these days. Usually, I don't get breakouts much. But, I am getting more. I have been applying Ezanic 10% gel . Is it any of the side effects? My period is usually regular but skipped this month. Also, could you suggest any good cream?

Hello as your are having acne breakout suddenly, It is most likely due to repeated exposure to either a pollution or dust
I would suggest you to use 1 % salicylic acid face wash to rinse twice daily and dapp while wiping your face with microfiber cloth and apply retinol serum 2 times a week 
Apply moisturizer and sunscreen of spf 50+ 
And Azithromycin 500mg for three days once daily post lunch

With regards to your concern 
Recurrent acne won't respond much to topical medications.
Get once screened for pcod.
Azithromycin 500 mg for 6 days.
Use salicylic acid based face wash 
Reduce spicy smoky proteins and sugar based foods.
